Calendar - Today we learned our  days of the week song, said the date and dressed Charlie for the weather.

Independent Reading - As part of our daily 5 students will look at stories, do picture walks, and listen to others telling stories.

Journal -

Today we did a sequencing activity of how to get from an apple seed to an apple pie! It was a cut and paste activity If you have time at home please try to reinforce these skills!

Language -   

Today we learned the letter Aa, we practised our song about it and the sound letter Aa makes, and writing it in our workbooks! We then used a bingo dauber to outline capital and lower case Aa. 

Math - 

Today we learned about graphs and how we must first have a sorting rule. Then we sorta our data and put it in the graph to see our results. We did boys and girls to find out which we had more of in the class. We sorted them into the two groups and graphed.  Then we did who comes to school in a car and who comes in a bus. We sorted into the two groups and graphed.

Music - today we learned songs about: counting to 100, the planets, months of the year, classroom rules, outside/inside voices, phonics.

 UOI - 

Today we did another activity with our apples from the farm. We did apple stamping!
